Three tracks, one menu
Every anime page states the original language, Japanese, and the service you open with Watch now carries the tracks: the Japanese original with subtitles from the day of the simulcast, the English dub a few weeks behind for a current cour and immediately for an older one, and the Hindi dub on the Indian services for the large shonen. Switch in the player's audio menu and the subtitles follow. The Hindi dub page says which titles carry it.
Español
"animeflix español", "en español" and "apk última versión" come from a Brazilian and Latin American site that shared the name. The Spanish and Portuguese dubs are on the services in those countries; set the country menu to Brazil and the Watch now list shows them.
Subtitles that will not show
Open the player's subtitle menu and choose the language, because some services default to Off or to the device's language; if a track is listed and nothing appears, the size or colour setting has been set to invisible and the service's accessibility settings reset it. On a television, Large with a dark box is the setting that survives a bright scene.
