Any name works
The field says What are you looking for, the way the old site's did, and it reads any name an anime goes by: Kimetsu no Yaiba and Demon Slayer open the same page, Shingeki no Kyojin and Attack on Titan agree, JJK, MHA, SxF and AOT work as shorthand. Words like "watch", "online", "free", "hindi", "dub", "sub", "episode", "download" and "animeflix" are stripped before the search runs, so "naruto shippuden in english animeflix" finds the series.
Filters
The search page adds type, genre, year, status and a minimum rating, with a sort by popularity, newest, rating, recently updated or name. Status is the filter anime fans use most, because ongoing and finished are different commitments.
Names and studios
Type a voice actor, a director or a studio, MAPPA, ufotable, Wit, and their series line up. The A-Z list is the whole catalogue in one scroll when spelling is the problem.
